Great stand by the Defense... Good win today... We'll take it... 49ers losing so we will be in 1st place all by our lonesome...
Holy hell, stole that game.
That and Geno was awful with the play calling being sub par till the end.Uh, you mean the refs almost stole that game?

The Refs made some bad calls but the issue was they didn't call it even. They were letting the Browns get away with way more contact than they were with Seattle. I NO WAY would say the refs almost cost us this game, I 100% would say that the fact our Coaching staff wouldn't run the damn ball did. They put to much on Geno's plate and when you do that he chokes.
Agreed, go back and look at my early time stamped posts... they were letting the Browns away with false start 100% on their center and holding on their center especially and OTs... it was ridiculously blatant. Again, these refs should be investigated.
Which is why it doesn't make sense with our run to pass ratio... In the off season, when Geno was signed and Charb was drafted, Carroll mentioned that he wanted his offensive identity to lean more on the run... That doesn't seem like what's happening so far this season... Can't really question it too much because we are 5-2 but still... We've been a bit more pass heavy... Games like today, I don't understand why we abandon the run like we did when we're ramming it right down their throats...The Refs made some bad calls but the issue was they didn't call it even. The only thing i saw was on a 3rd and long they got away with a BLATANT false start that was easy to see and got a huge play out of it. They ended up scoring when they shouldn't have. The 3rd down stops with "hands to the face" On Witherspoon was Bullshit his hand NEVER hit the facemask it was on the shoulder pad and the Browns scored again. The Other 3rd down PI was VERY ticky tack when our WR's were getting MUGGED but other than that it wasn't to bad it was just mostly Geno playing like SHIT! He either throws into coverage because that was the guy he choose BEFORE the snap he was going to throw to or he throws it to his check down there is nothing else to his game. Oh other than the past 3 or 4 weeks he has been throwing BEHIND his WR a lot.

Maybe they should have replaced Geno on that last driveYou 100% can Question it, Don't be complacent just because we won. Just good enough is never "Good enough"!
Just good enough just means you draft late every year and never win a playoff game.
Maybe they should have replaced Geno on that last drive
