we may be beyond help this year and would rather see our prospects next season. just bring back Perez and hope Gray resolves his problems and go with 3 prospects not named Howard etc

We, and Ragans, are at the point where Ragans could come up this weekend and the word "rush" would not apply.

I would pitch Arihara before taking on Hosmer's salary simply for a year and 2 months of Snell and his mid-4 ERA.

I'd rather pull a trade for a guy like Mahle or Kyle Gibson than that.

Promoting Ragans wouldn’t be a rush..
But what happens if he gets shelled in 3 straight starts and he has to go back down.. do we have other pitchers who could come up?
Arihara wouldn’t be too bad.. I guess lol..
But if one gets injured the team is on thin ice.
Mlb ready SP depth is kinda low right now for the Rangers depending on Grays injury
