Sounds like he has some anger mgmt issues. Hopefully some jail time helps him out. I know a guy who has been in trouble with the law since being a teenager through his adult life. Spend a number of stints in jail. Can never straighten himself out. He stays out of trouble for awhile but then gives in to impulse and does something stupid.
