Denver's defense is about as potent as Seattle's offence. Neither are spectacular. But Denver does play well against Seattle's strength on offense, the run game. And Denver's offense put historic numbers this season while Seattle's Defense was great, but not historically great. So even if Seattle manages to slow Peyton down a little, I still don't see their offense making up the difference.

I was mostly just reporting the results. I was pretty surprised as I believe these teams to be pretty evenly matched. It is the Superbowl and these are the two best teams in the NFL, ESPN itself had the Seahawks #1 on their power rankings for the final 6 weeks that they released their rankings. I would have expected a 50/50 split by the same ESPN experts that have had the Seahawks at #1 in their own power rankings for a considerable amount of time.
