And I see no point in signing Alonzo. He does nothin but hit HRs. And that won’t happen with the Giants. His metrics actually say isn’t a very productive hitter at all.
This is a smart, low risk move. If he's recovered from TJ, he's a leverage reliever on a good contract to replace Taylor. If not, we cut him. No big deal.![]()
