Writing was on the wall. He struggled a lot with hamstring issues his last 2 years in PIT.
I'd give a 1 (if necessary) for Fitzpatrick.
FS, solved for a generation.
Now if they can just figure out to not have CB's covering fullbacks, and LB's covering downseam WR's we're golden.
Think of it this way:
Minkah went 11.
Pittsburgh took Terrell Edmunds at 28.
It would take at least two 1's to go up and get him, that year.
Now he could possibly be picked up for a 1 by itself, maybe some less with some dealing. And Miami paid most of his rookie contract already, so he's cheap.
I would love to see this happen.

Bring in Fitzpatrick & moving Davis back to SS makes almost too much sense. Davis is a physical & rangy player. Putting him where he doesn’t need to focus on coverage would be good. One more thing, since this has me excited enough I'll now be very let down if it doesn't happen:
Minkah is an all-pro level talent at slot corner or Free safety.
Miami was playing him at Strong Safety, where he isn't near as good (and doesn't want to play).
If that's their need, Sean Davis can play SS for them. He was about as serviceable there, as he's been at FS.
