I usually wait until after the 4th game to start this, but outstanding incompetent performances have demanded that I start this early.

Right now, I see 4 coaches that are toast:

Jay Gruden, Redskins
Doug Marrone, Jaguars
Dan Quinn, Falcons
Mike Tomlin, Steelers (This would be a surprise)

Discuss.

Gruden of course bit the dust already.

Quinn is starting to sound like a dead man walking in his presser. You can't take over the DEF and give up 47 to HOU, but I have a feeling he will finish the season if he's not fired after AZ (if they lose that one). DQ put his faith in the wrong guys, Vic Beasley was not worth retaining, and they should've spent that money on a proven edge rusher and got a CB more ready to play.

Tomlin...losing Ben gave him a built in excuse, I think he will get this season, will have to get back to the playoffs in 2020 to coach out his last yr....doubt we see an extension of any kind.

Marrone...too soon, but he's trending towards the axe.

Personally, I think he just needs to win 7 games.

Not having your QB gives you a ton of excuses. If there is a coach in that division that needs his team to make the playoffs, I'd actually guess Atlanta.

I think the NFCS could see 2 new HCs...Quinn is leaking oil badly, but I think he will last out the season. I think CAR is at a crossroads. It's probably time to start looking at the QB position going forward w/o Cam.

What’s the deal with Adam Gase?

After week one loss, he was questioned about playing time for a running back. His response: “I can basically do what I want.”

After week two loss, he was questioned about a corner back that signed a $72 million contract last year: “We just decided not to play him.”

Leading up to week six, he can potentially get a starter back at tight end and his response is that he needs to see Herndon in practice before he activates him. This is the same player that he called a unicorn earlier this year.

The rift between Gase and the Jets former GM is well documented.

I don’t know but I feel like this guy is going to get eaten alive in New York.

Quinn is starting to look like a lock, but I don't think Blank will drop the hammer until all 16 are played...I'm willing to dbl down and say Dimitroff goes too.

The only coaches I could see getting fired during the season would be Dan Quinn from this list... Jason is as good as gone imo at the end of the season unless the Cowboys make it to the NFC CShip and/or SB

The Falcons have to be the most disappointing team in the league right now. Quinn might make it through the season but I don't see a reason why he should.

My thoughts as well... Especially when your expertise was on the defensive side of the ball... Problem is that the defensive side of the ball has gotten worse each year... That just shows me that Quinn is a bit overwhelmed as a HC...
