IDK I think the Steelers were looking pretty suspect whether Big Ben was healthy or not. 2008 was a long time ago. If I were a Steelers fan, I'd want to strive for something better. They have won what 3 playoff games since their Superbowl loss in 2010. One of those was gift wrapped to them by the Bengals at the end. Not sure why Tomlin keeps getting a pass

In other words no playoff success = no more Garrett. Oh, One and Done doesn't = success for this team. If the Cowboys aren't at least in the NFC Championship game Garrett is done.

Garrett feels like he's in his own category for obvious reasons. Given all the players the Cowboys are having to pay I agree its probably no or never for this group.

The Steelers are suffering from drafting toward the bottom of the draft for too many years. Tomlin is still a good coach. And he had to deal with too much drama the past couple of years.

Tomlin is lucky he was hired by the Rooney's otherwise he would've been out a long time ago. That team has been too talented over the years on both sides of the ball. Hell I could likely have coached them to an 8-8 record most seasons. I know the apoligists will say look at his record compared to other coaches... who are you going to replace him with?
In response I say look at the talent and then evaluate his record/playoff record. Lots of coaches could do just as well with those teams.

Riveria I think gets a bye especially if that kid at QB continues to produce. Keep Cam on the bench and he keeps his job.

Jay Gruden likely gone.

Marrone 50/50 have to see how the rest of the year plays out.

As someone else mentioned I could see both O'brien and Vrabel out if they don't at least make the playoffs.

Washington has to fire Gruden now if they’re going to do so at all. Next up is Miami and you don’t want some win to push back the clock. Maybe they really are waiting for him to get busted for marijuana so they can fire with cause? (Cause meaning more than because he’s losing.) Smith would be 3-2 or 4-1 right now if not for his injury, IMO, heading into a game against Miami. Instead 0-5, maybe 1-5?
