HaHa. We are seeking deals where we get cash so I don't know if we can afford to give any out and with Gentry making over $1 million last year I am not sure we can afford his salary since he will make more than that in 2015. This team is probably going to have about 10 guys making the minimum and the LF may have to be one of those.

Maybe we can sell the naming rights to each participant in the dot race. Instead of having Texas legends run the race we can have American, Southwest, and Delta fly each night in the race and pick up some extra bucks.

I don't see how picking up Zimmerman for one season will help us. He woud cost us 2-3 very good prospects as well. In 2010 or 2011 a pitcher like that would have been huge, but we are not at that point again yet. Hopefully we will have grown our own by the time we are at that point again.

Disagree. If Choo and Fielder are healthy and performing, and we make a couple of the right moves we can absolutely be contenders next season with a guy like Zimmerman.
