Smart move to bench Trubisky. Send a clear message, he's not the guy. He was a horrendously bad draft pick and officially a bust. Stop treating Trubisky with kid gloves. Let him know affirmatively, "you are playing like shit, and you are very close to being out of Chicago son. No more excuses, shape up or get out".

Our draft next year should include QB (I don't care what round but a QB must be drafted), OL, DL.
