What drives me crazy is seeing formation after formation wherein Cole Kmet is in blocking, while fucking Everett is running routes. That is weeks 1-3 bullshit. That is 100% on the coaches, and I'll be goddamned if I can explain it. Kmet should be a top TE in this league, not in fucking blocking every fucking down.

Also, Kiran settled down eventually, but there was a soild 20-25 minutes of him just getting his ass whipped on a consistent basis. By far the worst o-line play since the early weeks, and it was primarily Kiran getting beat.

Again, you have to question the coaching there. Kiran, I don't believe has played a snap all season, and is coming off an injury. It may even have been his first game dressed?? What was our plan B when he was hurt? Maybe they should've shuffled shit there and not left a rookie who hasn't played all season play the second-most important position in football in a game we were already down 9 in?

All I know is I am totally done with Eberflus.

I see no reason to continue with him. I really think that firing him right now should be on the table, at the very least. His post-game pressers have done nothing to quell that. If anything it's added fuel to the fire. He is outcoached by EVERYONE.

Have we ever had a coach that was more putrid with his timeouts and challenges?

Jaylon made a good point yesterday...all 3 timeouts in your fucking pocket, I believe? There should've been one used before the 13 yard gain, and definitely before the freaking Hail Mary, particularly when one of your fucking players is over jerking off by the crowd ffs.

If there wasn't a top-brass meeting/ass-chewing yesterday, there never will be.

I really think they should shitcan him now. We all know he's gone next season. There is no fucking way they can bring him back. No fucking way. The record speaks for itself. It is not good, on arguably one of the more talented teams we've ever had??

Fuck this guy. Pull the trigger and let's move on.

Honestly this throw was an oops throwaway. You can see the hitch hesitation caused by the defender (Number 0) and it just got away from him. I could see it. There's a brief second there where you could almost see a pick six or at least it getting tipped if the defender kept going forward, but he dips out at the last second. I'm sure he wishes he had that one back. Could've been a big gain, but I get what happened. That is not a missed throw IMO. It's a throwaway that he wishes he wouldn't have thrown away, in hindsight.

I just thought he could have led him 2 to 3 yards a little further downfield, but ya with the speed of these players and him keep running for his life out there,I can see a throw away.......

He hesitates just a c-hair cuz of No. 0. Almost like he was gonna pump fake it or double clutch it. Like the "tuck" rule shit, but it just gets away from him. I was annoyed when I watch it in real-time, but after a couple looks you can kinda see the lil hitch and maybe even the reasoning.

Also fuck the WR bubble screen so fucking much anyway. Goddamnitsomuch

So during bye week, theres no classroom film??

Those coaches had to be preparing for Washington......had to be.
But didnt DJ and Cole and a few others have a meeting with Waldron 2 weeks ago when the offense started to work.

Again, just asking. I get nothing but fantasy football results from AI.

I was looking for more of players are not allowed to be in the facility, you know, to protect them from working when they should have time off.

I just seen the McLaurin pass on that out route,he was walking away from the line of scrimmage and not even paying attention......I think he was talking to the crowd.....

Even tho it was not on his side of the field, how do you not psy attention??
Leave that damn crowd bullshit alone, pay attention and earn that paycheck.......just plain god-awful.......
no way a second round week in player gets cut for being a dumbass.

All we would have would be Marvin Harrison Jr whining that he is not getting the football. It was not this season that was the decision on Fields, it was the fifth year option and him being in line for 60 million a year, just because "thats what starting quarterbacks are supposed to get". There was just no path to keeping fields and signing him for a "team friendly" contract, which is basically Jones in NY at 4/160
I hear ya. My rant there may or may not have been alcohol fueled.

I’m jealous of all these fans that actually like their team’s head coach. That’s the biggest thing I miss about Lovie. He wasn’t great, but I never was experiencing pure disgust like I am now. Quite the contrary.

Wannstedt/Jauron/Trestman/Nagy/Eberflus…All bums that would grind my gears on the regular.

I guess there was Fox too, but everyone knew he was just there as a stopgap while we reset. More indifferent about him than like/dislike.

But yeah, I want to actually like my coach again. Please let Poles just figure it out make the right move this offseason. That’s all I ask at this point.
Either week 1 or week 2 I was out at a bar watching the game and overheard a Steelers’ fan bitching that they need to get rid of Mike Tomlin… I was like, dude we would LOVE to have him if you don’t want him!

Sadly, he was not the Steelers GM, nor am I the Bears GM.

I think I heard his last in game play was october of last year before he got hurt. I was driving home when he came in after Thayer said Pryor will move to left tackle and Bill Murray will come in. They were both shocked to see Kiran and both said they better give him some help these first few plays. I guess we saw the plan after that, Murray goes in for Jenkins, then Kramer in for Murray who looked like he separated a shoulder or some other right arm injury.

Dont know what the next move is now. I guess we see if Nate Davis gets a jersey this week or they just release him to get an available body for Arizona. But you are dead on with week 1-3 Kmet disappearing. Like I said, I was shocked Waldron did not put his buddy Homer in the offense.

I toldya we will be watching the hail mary over and over over for a long time.....

Get Up this morning has their top 5 worst plays of the year, and yes that play made no.1,but we also had another play, the handoff to Kramer.....
Not only did they lol at us,but they also lol even more when they showed Kamer wearing elbow pads and gloves with his thumbs all taped up on top of it all.....how was he to even hold on to the ball anyways.....

That play just boggles my mind......

Tyrique addressed the team on Monday about his blunder.....I think Waldron and Eberfluss should have done the same.
There was so much wrong with that handoff......

I thought this was something Waldron moved on from. And then he went back to it Sunday. On National fucking Tight End day. And when the Commies were leaving the middle of the field open. Just bad coaching.

.I think Waldron and Eberfluss should have done the same.

Especially since Flus told the media there was no need to call a timeout before the snap because the defense was lined up correctly.

He literally said that with a straight face.

The better answer on the time out is why do you want to give Washington a time out to have time to talk about the play. In all honesty, I am sure their coaches were talking about their final 30 seconds as the bears were kicking their extra point.

The time out needed to be called to get Stevensons attention.

That gimp arm with Bill Murray ended up being a season ending pectoral injury. They signed another monster 6'7 guy from the Chargers practice squad Pleasant to our practice squad.

Borom was a full participant in practice, I am thinking he is next man up at guard, while Tevin Jenkins was a limited participant.

From MSN

The Chicago Bears (4-3) released their first injury report ahead of Sunday's Week 9 game against the Arizona Cardinals (4-4), which featured some notable updates.

The Bears conducted a walkthrough on Wednesday, where player participation was an estimation. There were five players who were listed as non-participants, including defensive backs Jaquan Brisker and Kyler Gordon, defensive end Montez Sweat and offensive linemen Braxton Jones and Kiran Amegadjie.

So after that terrible ending, we had limited player participation?

giving up 15 yds the previous play was the nutbuster.

hc is a dumbass.

I mean...You're preaching to a choir that has known this for a long time in hardcore Bears fans...but it is nice that fans and media outside of Chicago are noticing it. The beginning of the end for Nagy was when they finally started calling him out in the national media. "Maybe this guy isn't the offensive genius that we thought he was."

Only way we'll get our front office to do anything is if they're basically embarrassed into it these days....Was hoping Ryan Poles would change that, but that Eberflus is still our coach this season directly refutes that idea.
