Black Friday game is a weird sort of concept, but I'll definitely look forward to it this year.

The Black Friday game is no biggie to me, it's simply a game on the day after Thanksgiving. I'm not one of those crazy shoppers who flood the malls that day. My yuck factor is it won't be shown on regular TV, so I'll have to drag my lazy ass to the casino in order to watch it.Im not a big fan of it either.....but whaddya do......

I'm afraid I haven't any idea what Twitch is. Net dummy here.Amazon Prime games have typically been available for free on Twitch.
Naturally we need to see how the rest of camp and the preseason games pan out before I come out with an official prediction. But nothing from this schedule at this point in time has me changing my initial guess of our boyz going 8-9.Here we go kids, the 2025 Bears schedule, both preseason and regular season:
Some notable games of interest:
*All three of our preseason games are against AFC teams
*We open against Minny at home on MNF
*Our bye comes very early - week 5 (yuck)
*Week 6 is at Washington (revenge game) on MNF
*Black Friday is at Philly
*We play the Pack two weeks apart, 14 & 16
*We close at home against Detroit, game date and time is TBD, obviously depending on playoff implications
Of course I'm gonna root big time for us to win the game itself, but my main focus will be on how the offense operates, specifically how the OL protects and Caleb's pass accuracy.Last year I felt that losing at home to the Titans would be a bad sign....Turns out I was wrong...We won and sucked anyway.
Guess I never learn because losing at home in the opener vs. a rookie QB is probably going to be a bad sign. It will be a nice barometer game.

Week 1 is usually a poor barometer for any conclusions. Especially with how half-assed (is "half-assed" a generous term, at this point?) the pre-season is. Honestly, the first four games are typically up and down nowadays. Every year there's 1-3 or 2-2 teams who wind up making a huge second half run (and visa versa). They all count the same, though. So, you sure want to pickup wins and get ahead. (duh)Last year I felt that losing at home to the Titans would be a bad sign....Turns out I was wrong...We won and sucked anyway.
