Why the Vikings didn't overpay for Sam Bradford...

you must not have much of a life. While I can admit I am suprised that they beat the Panthers I am also surprised about the Cardinals sucking as well. I can admit I am wrong. However...are you going to sit here and say you knew all along the Vikings were better than they Panthers?

Alot of the credit has to go to the Minnesota D - they were pretty dam good yesterday. 8 sacks, 12 QB hits, 3 INTs, 6 passes deflected. ST had a punt return TD.

The offense scored 1 TD. Sam did a good job of managing the game - 18/28 171 yards and 1 TD. It's still September - if Minny can beat Green Bay and Carolina in DEC they may very well be in the NFCCG, but I'm still going to wait until we get out of September before I go out and buy Bradford pajamas.

You don't give up a 1st plus more for a game manager. Hill could have done that.

vikings need a game manager, nothing else. Bradford does that but so could 60 other guys in the NFL. Paying a 1st round pick for a game manager is stupid. It is overpaying.

Talking to you is like talking to a woman PMSing. It's September. He's done well managing games for 2 weeks. But Cam was awful and the Minny D/ST was awesome. Can't really get alot of wood yet. But he played well. I was actually happy for Sam. He sounded alot more mature and humble after the game.

Actually no.....the fact you you singled out a few people because the Vikings won a game gives some evidence that you have acceptance issues or maybe you just feel the need to always being heard. I really could care less about the Vikings. I did not think they would win the division and I still believe that. I do no not think they will go deep into the playoffs and I still believe that. but I did say and I have said repeatedly they were a playoff team but only a wildcard team. I thought the injury to AP could drop them from playoff contention and it appears I could be wrong on that front but we will not know until the end of the season. I have no problem admitting I was wrong but I won't be wrong until the season ends.
