new odds should come out today in some sports books

odds from last week all had mahomes at roughly -140/-150. Brees anywhere from -110 to +250. Most books havent updated since 12/12. the ones updating on 12-19 are close to brees -110 and mahomes -140. I except it to be neck and neck or brees ahead per vegas

Brees has tanked the last month, so I’d strongly disagree now that he has lost the efficency argument to Mahomes.

No dog in the fight from a team perspective.

I'll state this upfront...I'm a Mahomes fan, and the Brees/Saints let's just say...I live in ATL and we'll leave it at that.

Historically, branding means something in this race.

So imo you cannot write off Brees because he's slowed down some...what might tip the scales is the record. If Brees goes 14-2 and Mahomes guides KC to 12-4 I would still give it to Mahomes, but Brees will be hard to beat, especially with the WR mess he's dealt with this season.

I think if Mahomes doesn't win another game this season then there might be an argument that Mahomes is just putting up stats.

Although to be fair to both QBs, the defense is the major issue in KC.

I don’t understand Donald getting so much love. He’s the best player on a mediocre defense.
