That is incredible pops
-------I still don't know what's to be learned from OSU/NW
We don't know if they're both good, or if OSU isn't as good as expected. OSU played some close games last season, but managed to get through them.
There's really no way to have evaluated them yet this season.
There's more to be evaluated in how Washington plays Stanford IMO. Washington also beat Illinois.
I really couldn't tell who was the better team, NW or OSU yesterday. OSU seems to have a lot of very good players, but NW gave them all they wanted. I for one, am glad that the NW games is at home.
It is hard to figure if our defense is getting better, by this game yesterday. They showed flashes, then give up that first down, on fourth down, when they had that big stop on the third down, and you think this is only Ill, and we can't stop it.
I do hope Taylor is ready for NW. I think Tommy A is going to be a good q/b for us, but he is still learning, and I missed the excitement I get, when Taylor is playing. Just knowing he is capable of taking it to the house on any given play, with his feet. Just gives the game a different feel.

I will not learn from any team we have played or about to play
it is any given Saturday ---it is about young kids growing up to be young men
it has nothing to do about statistics and crowd attendance
and it really has nothing to do about --star players making it to a NFL team
it is all about learning about growing up and living life and finishing the race with all you have
This post made my morning.
