Gilbert's words, his stupid rage on the night of the decision are probably memorized by James.
I doubt James would piss on him if he was on fire, let alone team up with him again.
If Lebron's leaving Miami, it isn't to go back to Cleveland. Cleveland's going to give Lebron the opportunity to pick his own coach - at this stage, he's smart enough to know that you need a coach that will push you and that you'll hate some time.
If Lebron leaves Miami, I can see Portland or Golden State given the tools that they have. Cleveland, they're the same franchise that selected Anthony Bennett with the 1st pick. They've now won 3 out of the last 4 lotteries and they've shown no improvements as a team.
