But my point is no matter what he will be compared to those players if he were go to LA or Chicago.

So then you think he's scared of the comparisons?

IF Lebron were to leave, it would be to the team that he believes is going to give him the opportunity to be a contender for the longest amount of time and win the most rings. He isn't going to care about what players from that teams past he will be compared to.

You're just scared that you might have to become a Lakers fan!!

I think LeBron will leave Miami

He just doesn't seem interested in staying in Miami. He's one of those players who will probably play on 4-5 teams in his career because he think his team is the only one in the league and therefore they should win a title every year.

Just compare his comments to chris bosh. Bosh is talking about how much he loves Miami and how he wants to stay while you do not hear a ounce of that from LeBron. There is a reason why wade will always be my favorite player. I respect LeBron for the player he is but he's definitely has done nothing to convince heat fans that he really wants to stay in Miami.

His wife is mentioning how much she loves LA.

Laker fans have been the most vocal in their anti-Lebron stance.

It would be interesting to say the least how Laker fans accept it.

I suspect the classic WWE "heelturn" fan policy.

Ironically I think the best possible situation for LeBron is in Clveland. Repair your image by going back home AND the Cavs have a shit ton of young talent to surround him with. Can anyone honestly say right now that IF LBJ goes to Cleveland that they wouldnt be the EC favorites right away?? LA is interesting but I cant see James leaving Miami to go anywhere other than Cleveland.

If he went to LA, it isn't to be a Laker.
He's great friends with CP3.
Plus, the win now situation is lopsided in favor of the Clippers.
IF it happened, and the Heat got Griffith + ? in return, it really wouldn't be the end of the world.
Especially a few years down the road.

I added an important word in there for you Horns. Not all Lakers fans feel the same way.

Lebron isn't going to the Clippers if Griffin isn't there.

I don't think he's going there at all...but the post said his wife liked LA.

If it were L.A., NOW, its the Clippers.

I see no scenario where its even possible if not a sign and trade.

If would almost certainly have to be Griffith.
Who else?

Riley wouldn't even take anyone else.

Exactly, so it's not happening. Lebron wouldn't agree to a sign and trade if it involved Griffin (not Griffith btw).

I doubt he is heading West. While a couple of teams might get old soon, the East is still a much safer conference.

Sorry..
Was just dealing with a person named Griffith...
Had Griffith on the brain..

Anyway. I still agree, but the Clippers are already pretty good, and would obviously better if they had James vs Griffin right now.

James/ CP3, and the rest of Clippers would be a scary bunch even without Griffin.

And still at the moment, no team in the East is constructed to beat a team from the West in the NBA finals.

Why??? Clippers can clear cap and sign lebron as a free agent.

They need to make a trade. You have Redick, Blake, CP3, and DeAndre who all recently signed long term deals worth a good amount of money

:L

The Heat wouldn't agree with a S&T if they don't get something with value in return. Right now that's only CP3 and Griffin (which the Clippers wouldn't agree too)

And please pay attention to your cap space.

Yeah, its conceivable that the Wizards and Raptors would be the teams to beat in the East if Lebron goes West. Thats pretty crazy.

It would have to be a sign and trade to the Clips, he can't sign as a FA there. They are already over the cap. Miami would want a package with Blake but Clips would try and make a package with D. Jordan.

Bulls can sign him if they let go of Boozer and traded Butler or Gibson. Houston would have to make 2 big trades to sign LBJ. LBJ is going to stay on Miami. There is no where for him to pick from. NY has a chance to sign him if Melo walks.
