I just pray that a guy like Giroux isn't already 30 by the time he gets some serious help here. Otherwise, we'll have completely wasted the prime of his career.

It would be difficult to start trading everybody at this point - they need to let these last few drafts develop and then they'll have the depth that can help these top players

Not trading everyone-just the players(centers mostly) that will get us some help where needed (wing/defence.)

Giroux is gonna end up like Gil Perrault-decent career,and no cup to show for it IMO

Apparently we cannot win a game unless either Neuvirth gets a shutout or Mason wins in extra time...

Pretty unreal, but it holds true 14 games in.

This obviously continues the theme from last season.

I'm a stats guy and the statistics here are pretty absurd.

Yes. It falls right in line with what I said above and what makes that even more amazing is that he's only started 7 games. Also, he had zero shutouts in his last 3 seasons.

The observations are spot on and I'm glad that the team is embarrassed enough to have another player only meeting. They should be. Last night was an absolute joke and it's been a theme now for weeks. If we give up the first goal, we quit playing. There's zero resiliency now and there used to be plenty of it with virtually the same players.

Sam Gagner will net them something really good me thinks - Luke Schenn in all likelihood could get them something good too

I think Brayden stays, so does Michael Raffl - Evgeny Medvedev could stay if he continues to play well

I'm not sure what value Radko Gudas and or Brandon Manning have to other teams - Ryan White could be a trade chip but I'm not sure how much he moves the needle
