I hope this season is different from previous years where we beat the good teams and lose to the srubs. We have Buffalo twice and the Devils. Those are the teams we need to beat to have a successful season. Our record should be 7-2 or 6-3 after those 3 games.

From watching a few of his highlights its looks like he's the real deal and you should enjoy watching him play. I just hope he doesn't have any points against us.

In fact, you could argue that we've already played four of the top ten teams in the Nhl. We beat two of them and were very competitive in the other two games, losing one in OT.

Quite frankly, we should stomp a few of these teams in the next six games. They are far worse than the teams we've been playing so far. It's time to build on our offensive production of the last two games and really get the power play in gear.

48 shots against the Rags was damn impressive.We did ,however give up 38.Just keep shooting the puck,and good things are bound to happen.

I also agree that we should be able to win in regulation,no less than 2 out of our next 3.

4th line was the go to line which is nice to see. They are stout!

I'm also impressed with Medvedev he's turning into a nice addition and solid dman.

Even Gudas has turned me from hating him to liking his play. He has quick hands and quick decision making which Schenn lacks in both areas.

It's a bit strange. Statistically, we've been terrible as a team, but the record of 4-2-1 is still strong. I can only attribute this to our ridiculous strength of schedule to date and injuries.

If anything, this should perhaps be encouraging. If we're 4-2-1 against strong competition with these scoring and injury issues, where will we be when we straighten this all out?
