We need to get two points from the Rangers and start a trend of beating our division rivals.

Basically, keep beating the Caps and Pens, but add the rest of the division too. We let NJ, Carolina, NYI and Columbus beat us far too often last season to stay in the division race. And those weren't even the strong teams.

And yes, the Rangers are the one higher profile team in our division that we've had very little recent success against. So, that's always a big game for us and a new opportunity to see where we're at.

It's terrible. I wait the last 3 nights of my work week and my entire weekend without a game, then we finally play right before I go into work on Tuesday night. I find myself watching a lot of our rivals battle it out.

Rangers have lost two straight so I expect them to win today, but the Devils haven't won a game yet this season though so it should be interesting
