Well besides the current government and all
I just dont see a studio show overtaking the traveling show.
I would like to see them get rid of coming to your city tho
You keep comparing people not being paid by a university to people being alumni and rooting for them. I’m not sure you are smart enough to see the difference.
Desmond Howard is not getting paid by Michigan for a official position. That’s the difference that you are not smart enough to see.
You could have saved a bunch of posts and just stated that to begin with.
He loves to shoot those guns off so he picks us a lot.
I did once and mine was valid. You need to maybe get you some crayons to keep things straight.
I was trying to set an example for you but as expected you missed the point.
Nobody is watching Fox's garbage
Nobody but Ohio State slappies.
It wasn’t valid though. But I’m not sure you are smart enough to see the difference.
Can’t help you fuck shit up.
Wait, so having an impact on recruits with homerism on a nationally televised show only matters if you're also getting paid by the school for a different job?
So you believe that Meyer being a homer on this show could be unfair in recruiting because he's getting a paycheck for an unrelated job, but Desmond being a homer for years on CGD isn't the exact same thing in terms of impact on recruits? Come on dude, I'm sure you're trolling but you're better than this.
Using your logic:
Rece Davis is impacting recruits for ND
Kirk Herbstreit is impacting recruits for OSU
David Pollack is impacting recruits for Georgia
A recruit couldn’t care less who a player is picking to win a game. And nothing done by anyone on Gameday is impacting a recruit, other than maybe a recruit seeing the campus where Gameday is being held.
Recruits weren’t even born the last time Desmond Howard played at UM, so they only know him as Desmond Howard of Gameday.
In before “Kirk Herbstreit isn’t impacting recruiting because he isn’t a massive homer”.
So what do you predict Urban is going to do as an analyst that would actually be more homerish than Desmond?
Does saying "in before..." make a statement lose merit in your mind? Because that statement is 100% correct.
He was the coach of OSU last year, recruited many kids still being recruited and is currently a paid employee of OSU.
You can’t get much more of a conflict of interest than that.
That being said — I don’t really care if he is an analyst at Fox. Nothing about Urban Meyer and Reggie Bush is appealing to me for entertainment. What makes Gameday so good is the atmosphere and personalities on the show. Unless Meyer and Bush are going to talk about the NCAA scandals they’ve been involved with — I will still be watching GD.
Now if they do agree to talk about the issues at Florida and OSU, as well as Reggie getting his family paid to play at USC — I will tune in weekly to see what they have to say.
