I can’t wait to see how our fans troll the Astros this year.

I know the focus of this year will be the new ball park and rightfully so, but we can’t just let this scandal slip by without weighing in right?

we should have people come to the games in trash can costumes. Fans should bring mini trash cans and bang on them when the Astros hit.

the rangers could announce a “ crappy tattoo” night. The first 10,000 fans get one of those cheap tattoos that they hand out to little kids.

there are lots of fan ideas and ways we could go with this.

I know the rangers try hard to encourage a Walt Disney atmosphere. Being family friendly is good for business. Our game day atmosphere will never be intimidating like the Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox, or New York yankees home ball parks.

with that said, this is the second largest scandal in baseball history with the black sox of 1919 being the worst of all. I hope our fans are ready and willing to make the Astros miserable this year. They deserve what is coming to them. This is no time to be classy.

I am too but don't see any of them having more than a 20% chance of making the 26 man opening day roster

Hearn is probably the most intriguing out of the bunch.

He needs to get some outs. I still remember how awful that start up in Seattle went for him.

I think he is a little confused. Winning shuts people up if they expect you to lose. It does nothing to folks that know you are losers.

Teams irked by Manfred's edict to protect Astros

By protecting the Astros from beanballs, he’s essentially giving them a different strike zone by discouraging pitchers from pitching them in.

umpires could be too quick to eject pitchers who make an honest mistake.

I wasn't talking in regards to this years staff per say, just in general, Evans or Hernandez have chances as bullpen pieces though

Hence I'm looking forward to seeing how they do... by looking at the boxscores and reading scouting reports
