It really seems like TN wanted more experience behind Mariota...in that sense, I can see why they didn't keep him, but hard to believe he had no trade value...bad timing...I would've waited...somebody's QB is going to go down.

IMO, he's not ready to start in a new system especialluy...The teams that really seem to fit and they are quite high on the waiver pole...DAL & SD.

I know DAL just invested a pick on a rookie, but Dak Prescott hasn't proven anything yet. He seems like a better option than Clemens.

Dallas? Romo can't stay healthy, he would be forced on to the field way to early (again) and we seen that back ups in Dallas don't stand a bloody chance.

San Diego, possibly, but what about Chicago, Detroit, hell even Atlanta? I know it pays to have a veteran to lean on for a young guy, but Captain Kirk Cousins proved that doesn't always apply....

DAL...way better Oline, better targets...he would probably fare better there if he were forced into action this yr...all of the above in terms of the other teams you mention, but I was just following the waiver priority.
