I don’t know about that. Even after trading for Zach Wilson, we still don’t have a starting caliber QB on the roster.

QB with starting experience? Yes.

QB with starting talent? No.

- The last time the Jets organization developed a QB

- Zach Wilson's college film .. and compare that to the top 6 or 7 QBs in this draft .... Why waste a 3rd on Spencer Rattler when you can get Wilson for a 6th ??

100% Why make this move before the draft? To cool the QB or bust 12 or higher crowd is my guess we'll see. spot on Mingo. I don't see how we make enough moves without adding a 2nd rounder this week.

I think, as Ming said, we're not as much of a rush to draft Nix .. If he falls, great ... If not, fine

Nathaniel Hackett was Zach Wilson's OC last year .... Sean Payton has Russ playing waaay better ( at a year older ) than Hackett did the year before ..

Something tells me Sean Payton will have Zach playing much much better, winning football than anyone with the Jets ever did
