Obviously going to be some major changes on the defense this off season. I don't care what the fucking numbers are. We've lost games because of meltdowns against good teams over and over again.

Been a long time since the Seahawks have been punched in the mouth like this. The only thing that really gives me hope right now is that Carolina had several big leads this year and that they lost, but this is not looking good at all.

That's the thing, this defense seems to be at its worse when playing zone yet they continue to do it against the good teams.
