the panthers defense, when they are 'on', can shut down anyone and keep the oppossing team in the single digits, which obviously gives them a great chance of winning.

These teams match up really well with each other.

I know the Niners are talented but I don't think any team has had to go through a gauntlet like theirs to get to the Super Bowl. Freezing weather in Lambau + Aaron Rodgers, then an elite D/smashmouth team on the road in Carolina and then an elite D/smashmouth team in Seattle. They are bound to slip up somewhere but...I think I still like the Niners here

I'm taking the 1.5 too. Carolina might end up being that unhyped team that goes all the way like Baltimore last year.

Or they might be a Tennessee Titans type of team that makes mistakes in the playoffs that they didnt make throughout the season and gets beat by a more veteran Baltimore Ravens type of team in the Niners. Thats the game this reminds me of
