I truly think that Feliz, although he may never get back to his inital 98-100 mph, will sometime get back to 93-95 touching 96 and even 97. His offspeed stuff is too good. If he can manage to get up there, he has MULTIPLE plus off speed offerings and i think you gotta start him

He's mentally against it, so good luck, I'd take a solid reliever at this point

I always wanted him to start too, for the same reasons, but he's a mental midget, and now he has the TJ surgery to make a case to be defiant
