I mentioned Garza a couple nights ago and all I got back was negative feedback. I think he is worth looking at.

Still think he's a FA at the end of the year. That would turn some off. But we can worry about that later if we trade for him.

I'm totally in favor of us trying to work a deal for him. He's proven track record in the AL. But the only issue, and a big one, is he could be too expensive for what could be a 1/2 season rental....

I agree. Problem is he's the best pitcher on the trade block and multiple teams need pitching.

Garza's last 4 starts have been very good. Not so great before that. I certainly wouldn't be willing to give up much at all for a 1/2 year for him. But that's just me.

Ogando won't be back until after the All-Star break. Wolf deserves Grimm's next start. I might even let Lindblom start for NT his next time out. Give the kids some rest.
