He needs to rally the guys but at some point if we are out of the race you play for 2025. Let the guys develop and look to fill in holes

I don’t think we can rely on DRob and Yates so heavily for a full year due to their age

Was thinking of all the years I followed the Rangers and at times the joy I found was watching young guys develop and get it with hope for tomorrow

Just looked at ESPN roster. Don’t know if it’s up to date but here’s my take.

Burke keep if he goes back to 2022 form otherwise lose him.

J Hernandez has good stuff but too inconsistent. Lose him.

Heaney too inconsistent. Lose him.

Leclerc will mostly likely resign. Has lost some luster. Neutral on him.

Y. Rodriguez. Lose him.

Knizner. Have to do better than him. Lose him.

Lowe can’t get it together. Short leash now on the way to lose him.

Wendzel. Haven’t seen enough. Not impressive so far.

Taveras disappointing. May have to lose him.

Robbie Grossman. Do I even have to comment.

Food for thought: At the beginning of this season, I visualized an outfield of Carter LF, Lankford CF and Garcia RF. Well Cater is not playing (injury) Lankford has not lived up to his power billing and Garcia has lost his way. Baseball is a strange game.

I'm impressed but honestly I am side tracked by the total imcompotent performance of the 2024 World Series Champions and what can be done about it.

Here is news from Evan Grant about another injury that was much worse than first reported.

Jose Corniell will have elbow ligament surgery and will not pitch this year. Whether an internal brace or full reconstruction not determined yet

Jeff Wilson suggests that Bradford should be on the mound soon and will likely only be built up as a reliever. I was afraid of that. They never fully trust the young pitchers
