Timing is everything. Rangers were Lucky that when Beltre was a Free Agent in 2011 the the Angels didn't sign that new TV deal with Fox West. That didn't happen till Last Year. Beltre lives very close to the Big A in Anaheim. But at the Time the Angels didn't have the Money to sign Beltre. Rangers swooped in and got him despite all the tweets that kept saying that the Angels were about to sign Beltre.

Once again, just a tool, but it can tell you that guys like Hamilton are bad CFers and Gentry is a great one, lots of things can tell you that, but you have to take them as a whole not piecemeal
