rangers trade thoughts........

first of all, the only teams that are trading players will be teams that are out of the race, stacked at certain positions or cheap..... and with 2 wild cards that only leaves the Cubs, Phillies,lastos Marlins, twins, seattle and whitesox... Dodgers are overloaded in the outfield, and the Rays are cheap...seattle has thrown out every pitcher not named FELIX too...

big problem is,,, there are lots of buyers and a few sellers.... that drives up the cost.....

did you guys see Price last night? wow,, Garza , LEE, Nolasco and Norris are obvious upgrades on the mound to Tep and GRimm

Yup, it was nice, but I still want to see him against a solid line up. He looked backed to form though. Rio's looks like a realistic OF option for the Rangers. They move him to CF and slide Martin to LF, and Murph can take a seat.

Well you don't need to be a scout to see that Sale's delivery is physiologically unnatural and very demanding on his elbow. I see the same thing in Weavers delivery. Price would be nice, but I just don't see JD who is adamant about building within and keeping his farm full, trading for Price. Garza is more realistic and he may be a little cheaper than we think with him coming off a recent injury and him being a rental. He would fit perfectly in our #2 or #3 spot. He also has proven to be effective against AL lineups.
