1 he should have stayed down. It looked like he lost his balance when he tried to stand up.

2 he should have looked in and seen that it was a walk and he was awarded second base, not knowing that and walking towards the dugout was stupid.

He thought he was tagged out on the steal, didn't know what happened with Profar and just started trotting towards the dugout,

He was looking straight at the ump, who never signaled he was out, and just started trotting off without ever actually getting a call one way or another

The ump even glanced back to see what the actual situation was before determining what to do
