Even if Lowe stays hot the rest of the way - which isn't very likely - I don't see him having much trade value.

I would be thrilled just to get back what we gave up. Two of the players we gave up are at #11 and #26 in the Rays system. The Rays system ranks as the 6th best in baseball.

I'm really less than impressed with our trading performances of late. The Gallo one I find acceptable as it stands, but other than that... yeesh.

I wonder if we had not made that trade, held onto Crouse, and drafted better in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, if we would not be about 5th or 6th in the systems rankings.
