Start a football conversation then when somebody disagrees with you just start calling them names like retarded or idiot or whatever else you can come up with anytime you can't fight back in an actual football conversation.

I would probably take Marquez, Bailey and Thomas but thats mostly because the rest of the names just look like random names out of the phone book to me and Quick is a bust.

They were all names out of a phone book to me but I checked a lot of Pre-Draft ratings sites and after Cooper there wasn't much between any of the next 25 WR prospects. Some will pan out but most won't. The Rams obviously liked Thomas but he's only slightly more likely to succeed than most of the others. Either way Marquez is less than a 50-50 proposition so expecting him to make the team is optimistic. If Bailey retires and Quick looks terrible early in camp then Marquez' prospects would obviously be higher.

I said earlier, you can make a case for 90% of the NFL being a 10 win team if you want, but only 7 teams is one that I really think mathematically has no case.

I see people saying "Division X won't have 3 teams over 10 wins"... well 4 times in the past 6 years a division has had 3 double digit win teams, so picking one of them to do that isn't a bad bet. And half of those divisions to put up 3 of those teams only had 1 the year before.

But 7 teams... Joe Theisman was the MVP of the NFL the last time there were 7 or fewer 10 game teams. There's been two expansions to the league since we were able to see only 7 teams with double digits.. It happened Elway's rookie year. And never since. And we've added more teams since then.

I guess mathematically that is the hardest prediction in this thread to buy, no offense.

Because I didn't put in all the ones I thought had a puncher's chance?

The Ravens' schedule is way too easy for 6-10. The Ravens/Seahawks have played a grand total of 5 games. WTF are you talking about?

Ok, that's fine, so kinda taking the opposite approach of the OP but the same exact idea where the # of teams has nothing to do with the thread. He listed the teams he thinks realistically have a chance, more than usual by a few but went on the aggressive count where the number isn't realistic. And you did the opposite, equally unrealistic list, leaving out obviously a few teams which will win next year because you aren't sure who they are. So basically both of you are saying don't look at the # of teams but the names of the ones I put up there. Got it.

The Ravens are loaded on O this yr and beefed up the secondary, barring the injury bug, we will be back in the hunt this yr...Book it !!
