Absolutely! There are 256 games and if 16 teams are getting 10+ wins each the other 16 teams can only win a combined maximum of 96 games. Since they play a considerable number of games amongst themselves they're bound to win a fair few. I'd take the combined under on 16 teams winning 160+ games.

So that negates him from your criticism? So fighting insults with insults makes him better in the situation? That would be like me going to my mom when one of my friends and I are fighting and saying "well he started it." I chose to participate in the insults back and forth. Doesn't make me any better if I fired the first shot or if he did.

The other 16 teams would at best average 6 wins among them. Since not all 16 teams would finish with 10 wins most likely the average of the other 16 would be 5 wins.
