Yes indeed he ran for almost 200 in the championship game and you still needed the Packers to fail on 3 special team plays for any chance to win.

The thing is I have read many times over on your team board that the Hawks O line sucked last year but it got better and improved through the season. Many have said the same will happen this year as well with the Hawks O line improving through the season.

The problem for the Hawks is that this is week 2 and not like week 20 so they have not had time to improve.

You are looking at this all wrong LL. The Pack needed 5 Seahawk TO's just to be in the game with us.:suds:

Either way, did you have a good experience in Seattle and did you like The Clink?

I would agree to a point. I do think the Seattle defense struggling like that is something to worry about a bit. They never once gave up this many points in a game last year. That is with playing some of the top offenses in the entire league last year. This season we have the Rams missing their best receiver and their top 2 RB's yet they moved the ball really well and finished drives with Touchdowns. Now maybe this is an anomaly and this next week we see the same old Seahawks defense that dominates but to me that did raise some red flags. Heck they did a break down on NFL Network as they showed that the communication especially on the back end is just terrible right now. They said last year they might have one miscommunication a game where they were having a miscommunication a drive if not more. Now that stuff can get cleaned up but right now I do think this Seattle team is a little more vulnerable than in years past.

If we go over to the offensive side of the ball I would also say that the OL is worse than last year and that is hard to do. Wilson has more weapons but can he survive a season getting hit as often as he will this year behind such a terrible OL? Again this is week 1 so have to wait and see but to me there are some things that look quite a bit off about this team compared to the past.
Something that eems to be getting little attention is how important Kam was to that backside of their D. Also I haven't heard anyone mention the loss of Dan Quinn. Those two missing links can account for a huge chnage in that once feared D. By no means is it doom and gloom time in Seattle but we may have seen the best D's they had to offer the past two years. I hope for a good game with no injuries. Beat the snot out of each other. I'm giving GB this one by 3. ML has a huge day. But not enough for the win.

God damn it Bulaga

Oh well, next man up is Don Barclay. That doesn't give me a lot of confidence.

Since I already made this prediction a few weeks ago, figured I should stick to it. Looking at the Seahawks game I saw a lot of blown assignments and miscommunication on defense. Gotto hope those get cleaned up against the Packers.
However this game ends up, it going to be a lot different then the game with the Rams. Rams front 4 always give the offense a tough time. Against the Packers it's going to be about the Packers passing attack. If the Seahawks continue to blow assignments, going to be a long night for them. However if there is one thing the Seahawks have been good at, it's defending against the pass.
Let's hope for a good game and no major injuries.:suds:

What I hear is how his physical talents are being missed not necessarily his leadership. On the Hawk board there are many fans saying "F" him it's no big deal. He's not worth the money... If the D struggles again this week I think a lot of those fans may change their minds?

Please.... Many are saying 'fuck him' but they are not saying that's not a big loss or that he's not worth paying. Everyone over there is concerned with the precedence of his holdout, but that doesn't mean they don't see the loss on the field.

OK whatever you want to believe? I read without rose colored homer glasses. Certainley a few have started whistling a different tune this week after what they saw last week. But there still are plenty saying don't pay him. Notice I use words like many, some... while you use "everyone":L

Dude, If youre really reading those threads objectively, youll see that I'm arguing with most of those guys in those threads. Yes, they are saying not to pay him. That doesn't mean that they are saying it's not a loss on the field. I only remember Shark saying that.

Why do you concern yourself with so much semantic bullshit when talking to Hawk fans? Seriosuly, are you a woman?
