I'd like to see how much of his contract they are willing to pick up.

We dont have a 4th rounder so I think that puts us at a disadvantage if we wanted to trade for him.

Is Bosa any good? He has not been on the field enough the last three years for me to have an opinion…and he has never been close to Garrett.

The plan of signing lots of one year deals helped to elevate a terrible team to one that made the playoffs.

I’m not entirely sure why AP shouldnt do the same type of thing this offseason.

Younger more impactful free agents can get multiple years, like Luvu did last year, and role player types cand get one year deals, all the while improving the floor of talent on the commanders through the draft.

This seems like a sustainable path forward for continued success, especially if the commanders let a “rehabilitated” player go and get a comp pick for them.

If they let Fowler go for example, and he signs elsewhere for a multiple year deal, they’ll probably get a comp pick for him next year.

Bosa doesnt have great stats over the last three years, especially considering the cost.

Garrett is going to cost a shitton in picks players and salary.

Tee Higgins is too.

WR3 only if that!
Higgins at best will be tagged and traded. Don't see Peters doing that. Godwin looks like he's going back to Tampa. That leaves DK and Garrett. With Aaron gone, I don't see the Jets moving Garrett. That leaves DK, which will probably cost us 29. Then there is Kupp and Deebo.

Imo Kirk is on par with Deebo and Kupp at the moment. Keim name dropped Slayton. Options are out there, but it doesn’t feel like the #2 that you and most of the fanbase wanted is going to happen this year. DK for 29 is interesting though.

Maybe I'm out of turn.

Is everyone prepared to see Diggs nose to nose with Jayden, chewing him out on SNF? I'm not.

Let's say things shake out just as you outlined them, if so my choice is a hard pass on all of them. The Commanders under that scenario should draft a guy like Jayden Higgins or Trey Harris and continue to use subsequent drafts to find that stud big guy, unless one shakes loose who meets their willingness to trade for AND has youth, size, speed, and skillset this franchise has needed for years.
