Familia pitched a scoreless 7th to hold the fort....but now Trevor May is looking like he wants to give that lead away here in the bottom 8th...as he's allowed a 1 out solo HR...and a double....then he K'd Sandoval....and got out of it with no more trouble.

Up Next....

Braves LHP Tucker Davidson will make his 2021 debut Tuesday night after being recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Monday. Davidson allowed seven runs, two earned, in only 1 2/3 innings against Boston in his only 2020 game in the majors. He was 2-0 with a 0.64 ERA in two games with Gwinnett this season. Davidson's start gives other starters an extra day of rest. The Mets have not yet announced a starter for Tuesday.

That’s really not a bad deal at all. He could definitely help us. He’s solid with the glove, can steal a base, and been known to put together some decent ABs.

Castro started, and went 1 inning.....Hunter pitched 2 innings (he also singled and scored on the HR)

He allowed a solo HR to start the bottom 5th...then a 1 out double....but thankfully that was it.
