New York Mets ace Max Scherzer struggled in his return from a suspension Wednesday night, allowing six runs on eight hits in 3⅓ innings against the Detroit Tigers during the second game of a doubleheader.

What the hell was Nimmo just thinking? How do you get caught stealing down by 2 in the 9th with the 2nd and 3rd batters in the line up coming to bat? NY baseball is not looking good. Mets swept by the Tigers and haven't scored in 22 innings, the Yankees can't score or keep any of their players healthy.

Nimmo is normally a smart baserunner but that was moronic. Perfect ending to the series. Met's kinda suck.
