No surprise, Draymond Green arrested

I will hazard to guess that the city attorney will use his/her prosecutorial discretion and drop this case.

the db doesnt get a choice in dropping the charges- he can not testify- but if a fucking cop SAW it- i mean...

im not saying anything is going to come from it - but how you were characterizing the situation is just not how the law works.

if a cop saw it- and the prosecutor wanted to pursue- they absolutely could with or without the victim. Im sure this was prob just so stupid incident and they wont- but its not dependent on the victim at all at that point.

Again, literally no one has defended Green. Most are just saying it's a low level incident which by all indications it seems to be.

I know the charges have been dropped, but the fact that the other person was a football player is significant IMO.

This is not some 150 pound college kid talking smack. The other guy was an athlete and somewhat of a peer to Draymond, not a defenseless twerp. I am not saying I condone his actions, but I do feel a bit better about the alleged Incident now that more facts have come out.
