Nick Bosa... Can we have a realistic discussion?

I'd love either Bosa/Williams, but Bosa fills a greater need by far. I'm not as high on Allen...unless they traded back.

I love Allen's versatility but I do think he is below Williams and Bosa.

I don't like the Khalil Mack/Greg Robinson comparison here for Williams/Bosa. This years combine warrior is DK Metcalf. Bosa is a much safer prospect.

I do still perceive this to be a somewhat mediocre draft class so its going to be really difficult to pass on BPA if you're a top team because these top talents really stand out.

His stats are not #1 pick worthy. Some might argue that his 2018 stats are skewed because of injury.

I admittedly am not a college expert, so can somebody please explain why he is the draft darling this year?

I really, really, really want the Cards to trade out of the # 1 position.

Well, yeah, but there are less extreme examples than choosing between a complete Bust and an All Pro.

I'm already on record for thinking that Williams should go #1. I get the argument for Kyler Murray going #1, too, but I dont know how long his frame will last in the NFL. Bosa is in the next tier with someone like Dwayne Haskins. Both of those guys have a chance at being the best player in the draft. its just not quite as likely.

I think if you're in the top 4, thats your pool of players to work with. Otherwise trade down. Nobody is going to get fired for taking Bosa top 4.
