Absolutely not!! It is also not worse.

When you have a historical organizational bend towards drafting and filling annual rosters with average talents any judgments concerning "better or worse" are of little consequence. The last multi-season "difference maker" fielded by this organization was Sean Taylor who last played in November 2007 and that was during the Gibbs II era. (Some will add Trent Williams) Since that time there have been five (5) head coaches and a multitude of average players.

1. Jim Zorn 2008-2009

2. Mike Shanahan 2010-2013

3. Jay Gruden 2014- 2019

4. Bill Callahan 2019

5. Ron Rivera 2020- present

We don't have anyone on the roster, offense or defense, where the other team is saying to themselves, "how are we going to stop that guy."

This seems like a one from column A, one from column B and one from column C move. If you like Peters why not Slowick who he has worked with?
Im team Slowick right now but wouldn't be mad about Ben.
