I agree EB has not been fantastic and Howell has regressed. If Howell keeps regressing then i can see a total house cleaning, IF we are going to roll with Howell next year and he wants EB back as his o-coordinator that should be taken into consideration. Can Howell succeed in eb's offense in his 2nd year with a better oline?

Clearly there are offensive players who don't want EB here. Is that not a concern to you?

Do you personally think EB is better than Ben Johnson or Bobby Slowik?

I think Howell can succeed in many different types of offenses. I just don't think EB is the savior of the franchise like some do on here.

He is not playing well in his last two games and the first Giants game. Played well in Seattle. two pick 6's in the last 2 games. I like Howell and this year is basically his rookie year. So mistakes will happen I understand that. He has shown he can be a QB in the league.

I want to see how he finishes the season. We all know he is getting wacked behind this oline. If he can cut down on the picks and turnovers that would be great. I want him to be the guy. He has the tools.

I think we hire the best candidate and I am not sure the GM cares if he is a offensive or defensive minded HC.

I do think Slowik and Johnson are better than EB and the numbers show that.

If Howell gets involved, I want it going thru the GM...NOT Harris. I don't want RG3 2.0 going on.

If Harris hires a president, it should start there. But we don't know what he will do. We dont know if EB would be retained. He has another year left on his contract.

I prefer harris not make the decision at all.

For example, the newer nba model has a president who provides the strategy and direction, while the GM is the day to day person who carries out that strategy. Kbso can correct me, ut I believe the wizards, 76ers, and pelicans are run like this.

Bottom line, harris should not panic and hire EB on Black Monday due to fear of breaking up Howell and EB.

I don't think teams will be banging down the door to hire EB like some people think. I expect us to end up with similar offensive output as last year now that we have a difficult run ahead.

We are talking about eb as being hired as head coach. You and Brock advocated for EB being hired as HC asap after the season is over.

Depends on how the season ends with Howells play. Its harris's call. I just heard about the players having issues with EB. These are the questions the new president/Gm is going to have to answer. Of course, you dont want to hire a coach the players dont like.
