Ughh I don’t think that is a good matchup for Carr but we will see. But it was either that or TL vs the Jets so not great choices overall

If it's like most of our big deals, guessing somehow next year his base is for the league minimum........but not to help him out for a possible suspension.

Not sure how signing bonuses work other than they can be spread over the years for the cap. Maybe it's somehow really a 2 year, $31 mil deal (with not much penalty to release after year 2)?
