I know multiple people within the Rangers organization who absolutely couldn't stand Scott Servais when he was with the team. They all agreed to a man that he was easily one of the biggest jerks in all of baseball. I never met him or had any reason to form an opinion on him, but their separate opinions on him were so unanimously strong and unfavorable that it made me think they were probably right.

Damn, that 8th inning was fun to watch. 3 absolute no doubt bombs, with the 3rd coming at the perfect possible moment. Sucks to have to rock the bartender like that, I like Tom, but man its been a long time since we lit someone up like that.

I don't get Bannister being so pissed. His guy got shelled then plunked a guy because he couldn't keep anyone from teeing off. What did we do apart from take 8th inning batting practice?

Funny, I was thinking the same thing. Considering Guti's slow start (in all of two games that is ;-)) I'd like to see Seth in the lineup today.

I really like this lineup! 1-6 look real solid, and 7-9 have a lot of upside. Plus we get to see the innings eater for the first time, Go M's!

It's part of the game so it doesn't bother me that he admitted it. On the other hand, I don't think he made a smart decision in letting it fly after we had already stuck it to him with the bats. Not only did he cost his team the win, but now we are gunning for him (I hope). Choo, Fielder, Beltre........one of em' is getting plunked today and they can thank the Bartender.

Cano is looking great so far. This team could be kinda fun to watch this year.
