Another one of these ultra frustrating games where the hitting approach of the Rangers bites them in the ass. OAK has lots of hitters who routinely take 8 - 10 pitch at bats. Rangers like to jump on the first ball they see and then with two strikes they are not very effective at spoiling marginal pitches to extend an at bat. This pitcher is going to go deep in the game tonight which keeps the Rangers from getting into the bullpen for other pitchers they can better handle. These garbage pitchers with shitty ERAs and crappy records kill the Rangers hitters.
