Mariners Minors Thread - 2016

Probably ready for a move up to the next level to get challenged a bit more.

Yeah, I can't imagine him being in Bakersfield too much longer.

Speaking of AA pitching couple of guys are having nice seasons so far. Dylan Unsworth been in the org a long time has a 1.08 ERA in 7 starts (not bad at all), Yarbrough 2.89 ERA in 8 starts. Then a couple guys of note out of the bullpen, Emilio Pagan in 19 innings 1 earned and Ryan Harper 1.59 ERA in 17 innings.

And DJ Peterson continues to suck nuts.

I wouldn't put too much stock in his numbers. He was basically garbage when he was in Tacoma a few years back, basically using his minor league starts as extended spring training working on stuff regardless of the situation. Which IMO is the only flaw with the minor league system, every players goal is to work on things to make them successful in the bugs not caring about the entire at bat or entire game.
