Down here in Arizona the sky isn't falling, so they'll lace em up today and get back on track. Elias is on the mound, the lineup looks much better than last night, and once again..........The Sky Is Not Falling!
Man hopefully Saunders isnt out for extended time. Seems like he is finally getting comfortable up there. Not to mention is one of our 3 somewhat consistent hitters.
Saunders is injured? Didn't catch the game yesterday, but I do see that Ackley replaced him and he is not in the lineup today.
"How about Kyle Ackley?" (In reference to Dustin Ackley)
"That will be a base hit up the middle for Cobb" (In reference to Cano)
Both in the same inning. How is Simms a play by play guy for a major league franchise? Seriously?

Seems like all Cano's hits come with no one on base.
He makes mistakes at an alarming rate. I mean you have to wonder if something is seriously wrong.
I noticed that too. Early on he struck out on a pitch in the dirt when there were two on I believe.
Just for fun I decided to look up Cano's splits this year. Appears the data disagrees with us as his BA is pretty similar with none on in comparison to runners on. Probably seems that way because Cano has a lot more ABs with nobody on.
