Series Thread: Yankees at Mariners: Tue, June 10 - Thu, June 12

Seems like the ball had been bouncing our way the last couple of weeks and that ran out this series with all fantastic outfield defense they had. Hopefully that turns around this weekend. At 2 games over, I still like where they are at. They just ran into a better lineup who were able to execute on our pitchers mistakes.

If that three game set was played in New York we don't get swept. It's hard to get too upset with this sweep in particular when we beat the hell out of the ball. If not for some ridiculous defense on their part this series is a different story. We still need another bat, but as long as we swing as we have the Texas series should be much better. the m's offense is horrible, and will get outhit this year more often than not, no matter the park. their complete incompetence just gets magnified a little more at home because it's a pitcher's park.

Just wait until the Jays are in town in August.

Yea I cant argue with that. Feels like they are never gonna win a game at Safeco 8-7. Its has to be a 2-1, 3-2 type of game. Nuno, Tanaka, Whitley it doesnt matter who starters we pretty much make all starters look the same
