Depends how you view it.
He's 3rd or 4th wheel with the starters.
He could be #1 with reserves and still play plenty of minutes with James and or Kyrie.


James wants him/ views him in Boshs' Heat role, and it appears that just isnt working.

Be just found himself within the offense, he is the only one that needs to find a place. It is harder for some players than others. But benching him is not the solution, he still grabs boards and is a good passer. Sometimes he explodes in the 1st quarter. I doubt he will ever get benched and I dont think Lebron was meaning it either.

Not having him in the starting lineup is a far cry from benching him.
It's just a matter of mix and matching his minutes in an attempt to make his minutes more productive.
